WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF ELEGANCE???

Still on LAUGH AND GROOVE WITH SEYI LAW; RED CARPET MOMENT...

I couldn't help but noticed some charming, breathtaking and stylish ladies whom from my own point of view, have got some fashion taste, i love looking good; i mean, looking good is good business and everyone knows that. It gives me so much joy to see people especially ladies looking so beautiful in their dress sense...

Looking good is not all about how much you got what you are wearing or how much part of your body you got exposed to the world, its more about what you are wearing, how you are wearing it, when to wear it and where you are wearing it to...

These ladies got my attention during the laugh and groove section with Seyi Law:..

A

B

C

D

E

G

H

Now the big question is; who is the most elegant of them all (A, B,C,D,E,F,G OR H)? Who looks best for the show and why???

IF ONLY WOMEN PAID ATTENTION TO THEIR BREAST AS MUCH AS MEN DO...

Many women misinterpret the statistics that says 1 in 8 women will develope invasive breast cancer to mean that, on any given day, they and the women they know have a 1-in-8 risk of developing the disease. That’s simply not true.
Cancer occurs as a result of mutations, or abnormal changes, in the genes responsible for regulating the growth of cells and keeping them healthy. These genes are present in each cell’s nucleus, which acts as the “control room” of the cells. Normally, the cells in our bodies replace themselves through an orderly process of cell growth whereby healthy new cells take over as the old ones die out although over time, mutations can “turn on” certain genes and “turn off” others in a cell. That changed cell gains the ability to keep dividing without control or order, producing more cells just like it and forming a tumor.
A tumor can be benign (not dangerous to health) or malignant (has the potential to be dangerous). Benign tumors are not considered cancerous: their cells are close to normal in appearance, they grow slowly, and they do not invade nearby tissues or spread to other parts of the body. Malignant tumors are cancerous. If left unchecked, they can eventually spread beyond the original tumor to other parts of the body.
Breast cancer refers to an uncontrolled growth of breast cell or the malignant tumor that has developed from cells in the breast.
Initially, breast cancer might not cause any symptoms, In some cases however, it does and any of these 'according to the American Cancer Society', are the unusual changes in the breast that can likely be a symptom of breast cancer:

  • a lump
  • a dimple in the breast
  • an area of thickening
  • breast swelling and redness
  • an enlarged underarm lymph node
These changes also can be signs of less serious conditions that are not cancerous, such as an infection or a cyst. It’s important to get any breast changes checked out promptly by a doctor.
To conclude, breast cancer is a serious and a very dangerious disease that any and every woman should look out for and fight against, even though studies have found that women have a 12% lifetime risk of developing breast cancer, your individual risk may be higher or lower than that. Individual risk is affected by many different factors, such as family history, reproductive history, lifestyle, environment, and others so think healthy because ignorance is not an excuse.
Thanks to EMUPSS for their services to humanity in creating a breast cancer awareness and for their strive and ride against breast cancer on the 31st of October 2014, it was a really big time motivation for this post...

MY FIRST EVER LIVE HALLOWEEN EXPERIENCE...

As a Nigerian, i dont really know much about Halloweens, its not a part of our culture and i've never witnessed it live except in the movies, horror movies to be precise because i love horror. I'v never been so scared in my entire life like last night; i missed the school bus so i decided to take the long walk from school back home because there was no money on me to take a taxi, as i was battling with the cold and the thought of the long distance i had to walk before getting home, i saw a sight that almost got me paralised; it was someone on a zombie costume, when i first saw the shadow from a distance, i felt a cold shiver but then, i  comported myself and tried to be the bold, courageous and fearless me so i continued my trecking untill it came closer and then all the memories from the movies i've watched about vampires and zombies came to live in my head, the cold immediately vanished and i started sweating profusously, i couldnt move, it was just as if something seized my legs, i just stood there waiting for the worst to happen, As i flashed back to the movie about the endtime i had watched on youtube somedays ago, i felt a hot liquid rolling down my legs and sudenly i regained a bit of strenght and a faint voice came from within me pleading to the now so closed zombie not to hurt me, to make matters worse, he laughed and said something in he's language i guess because i'v never heard such before, then i closed my eyes, just when i thought he was going to kill me, he drew closer and whisperd, it's Halloween... I'm just waking up from the shock now.
